Pi Dominoes

Shuffled tiles, one true order — rebuild the chain of pi.

Pi Dominoes takes a real, unbroken run of pi's digits and cuts it into overlapping pairs — just like a set of dominoes. Every tile is genuine: pulled straight from a live-computed expansion of pi, never invented or rounded.

How it plays

The tiles are shuffled into a tray. Tap one to attach it to either end of your growing chain — the touching numbers have to match, exactly like a real game of dominoes. Since the tiles all came from one continuous stretch of pi, a full solution always exists. Repeated digits mean you'll sometimes guess the wrong branch — that's part of the puzzle, not a dead end. Undo freely and try the other direction.

Three lengths

Short for a quick warm-up, Medium once you've got the hang of the branching, Long for a proper sitting. Each level pulls a different random stretch of pi, so no two runs are the same.
